Sign Kwik is a locally owned sign shop at 4315 Abbotts Bridge Rd, Suite 1, Duluth, GA 30097. This policy covers www.signkwik.com. When we say "we," "us" or "our," we mean Sign Kwik.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, and details about your project, such as the type of sign, your timeline and whether you need installation.

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and anything you include, such as photos of your building, vehicle or sign location.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the website that sent you here, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We also count when someone taps a call or text link or sends the quote form, so we know which pages bring in requests. We use these reports in summary form and do not use them to identify you.

Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that looks at technical details from your browser to confirm a real person is sending the form.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We will not add you to a marketing email or text list without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this site and our business, and only as much as they need:

• Webflow hosts this website and processes quote form submissions.
• Google provides Google Analytics.
• Cloudflare provides the spam check on our quote form.
• Our phone and email providers deliver your calls, texts and emails to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and this site will still work. To stop Google Analytics from collecting your visits on any website, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to do the work, answer questions about past jobs and keep normal business records. Google Analytics data is deleted automatically based on the retention setting in our account.

Your requests

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or email us using the details below. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.

Children

This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as Google Maps and Mark's Mailboxes. Those sites have their own privacy practices. This policy covers only signkwik.com.
