Dunwoody sits at the end of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, the main road past our shop. It has one of metro Atlanta's biggest office markets next to some of its most established neighborhoods.
Perimeter offices and new retail
Perimeter Center, around Perimeter Mall at GA 400 and I-285, has more than 29 million square feet of office space across Dunwoody and its neighbors. New mixed-use projects like High Street are adding shops and apartments. Offices there need lobby, suite and directory signs, and new storefronts need building signs that fit the property's sign plan.
Dunwoody Village, rezoned in 2020 to become a walkable downtown, is known for its Colonial Williamsburg-style buildings, so classic materials and lettering suit it best.
Established neighborhoods
Neighborhoods like Georgetown and those around Winters Chapel and Tilly Mill date back to the 1960s. Original entrance and street signs eventually need replacing, and we make monuments, street signs and notice boards that keep the original look.
Sign permits in Dunwoody
Dunwoody adopted a new sign code in October 2021 after asking residents what they wanted to see. Permanent signs need a permit that includes the sign company's insurance and business license. Banners need a free temporary permit, good for up to two weeks and six times a year per parcel. Flag banners, sign spinners and inflatables are banned. See the city's sign permits page.
