Johns Creek signs from just across the river

Our shop is on Abbotts Bridge Road. Head west across the Chattahoochee and you're in Johns Creek, one of the closest cities we serve.

Medlock Bridge, State Bridge and the new Town Center

Most Johns Creek businesses line Medlock Bridge Road and State Bridge Road, with offices around Technology Park. The city adopted a Town Center plan in 2021, and projects in the Town Center mixed-use district come with their own sign standards, so we check the zoning before we design.

Retail and medical offices along Medlock Bridge usually want a storefront sign or a monument sign out front. Office suites need lobby, directory and ADA signs.

Club communities and HOA neighborhoods

Johns Creek is home to well-known club communities like the Country Club of the South, St. Ives and Rivermont, plus the Atlanta Athletic Club. Neighborhoods like these care about matching details. We make entrance monuments, decorative street signs and speed limit signs to match the signs already standing.

Sign permits in Johns Creek

Community Development handles sign permits through the city's online portal. See the sign ordinance highlights. Monument signs need a brick or stone base at least 2 feet tall. Since the 2025 update, wall signs are sized by the width of your storefront. Banners need a permit too.
