Signs for Suwanee, from Town Center to the Gateway

Suwanee is right next door, straight up Peachtree Industrial Boulevard from our shop. We make signs for Town Center shops, Gateway businesses and the neighborhoods in between.

Town Center and Old Town

Suwanee Town Center, at Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road and Buford Highway, has more than 100,000 square feet of mostly local shops and restaurants around Town Center Park and its Big Splash fountain. People walk past those storefronts, so storefront signs there need to look good up close as well as from the road.

The Suwanee Gateway at I-85

At I-85 Exit 111, the Suwanee Gateway area has about 800,000 square feet of retail, nine hotels and nearly 14 million square feet of industrial space, and the city is leading a redevelopment there. Warehouses and offices need dock, safety and office signs, and the companies running trucks out of them need truck and van lettering.

Sign permits in Suwanee

Planning and Inspections handles sign permits online. See the city's sign rules and applications. Ground signs must be monuments on brick or stone bases. Pole, roof, portable, inflatable and electronic signs aren't allowed. Banners need a $35 temporary permit, good for up to 30 days, three times a year.
