Signs for Alpharetta storefronts, offices and neighborhoods

Abbotts Bridge Road, the street our shop is on, turns into Old Milton Parkway and runs right into downtown Alpharetta. We design, build and install signs all along the way.

A city of offices, shops and new construction

Alpharetta puts corporate campuses along Windward Parkway and North Point next to walkable retail at Avalon and downtown City Center. That means very different sign jobs a few miles apart: a lobby logo for an office tenant, a storefront for a new restaurant, wayfinding for a building with a dozen suites.

Office tenants usually start with a lobby sign and building directory. Shops and restaurants need storefront and dimensional letter signs that meet the landlord's sign criteria and the city's rules. With the North Point Mall area set for redevelopment, there will be plenty of new storefronts to sign.

Planned communities and HOAs

Windward, one of the area's original master-planned communities, has dozens of neighborhoods around Lake Windward. Communities like that need entrance monuments, decorative street signs and notice boards that match from one section to the next. We make HOA and street signs to match the style already in place.

Sign permits in Alpharetta

Any sign over 4 square feet needs a permit from the city's Community Development department. You can find the forms on the city's sign permits page. Downtown sits in an overlay district with stricter sign design standards, so it pays to settle the sign type before you order.
