Signs for Braselton's fast-growing corridors
Braselton grew from about 400 residents in 1990 to more than 13,000 in 2020. We make signs for the businesses, neighborhoods and venues that came with that growth.

Lighting works differently here
Braselton's development code doesn't allow internally lit or neon signs anywhere in town. Lit signs have to use outside fixtures. That rules out the usual light box, so we design dimensional letters and panels with outside lighting that still read well at night.
Ground signs need a real brick, stone or true stucco base, not foam-core EIFS. Pole signs and I-85 corridor signs are only allowed on lots of 2 acres or more with at least 200 feet along the interstate.
From Road Atlanta to Chateau Elan
Braselton is home to Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta and the Chateau Elan resort, and the Welcome to Road Atlanta billboard is part of our work. Communities like Del Webb at Chateau Elan need entrance and street signs to match, and new businesses along GA 211 and Highway 53 need signs that meet the town's overlay rules.
Sign permits in Braselton
Sign permits go to the Town of Braselton's Planning Director under the town's development code. Banners need a temporary sign permit: up to 32 square feet, 10 days at a time, four times a year. Corrugated plastic signs aren't allowed in the Downtown Overlay, so plan on sturdier banners and signs for events there.
